Just finished designing a new website for Canyon Motocross

Welcome to the little guy

The Little Salamander has finally made an appearance. 8.5 lbs and 21.5" This happened 2 weeks ago and I haven't had time to do much besides hang out with the little dude and change diapers. Hopefully I can get back on some kind of training schedule this week.

The Waiting Game Continues

When is this little guy going to make an appearance? He is almost a week late at this point. We went to see the dr. yesterday and she scheduled us to have birth induced on the 15th if he still hasn't been born. Hopefully he will come out before then. The wife is handling things bravely but she it isn't much fun for her right now.

I haven't been able to train very well this week (i've been distracted) I finally made it to the pool this morning. Traffic was horrible getting to the pool, and then the lanes were full. I hung out in the hot tub for a while waiting for an opening. I got in and only managed about 700 yards before having to head into work.

late

Well the little Salamander's due date came and went yesterday so he is officially late. It makes it hard to go into work everyday knowing that it could be any day now.

Yet Another Shirt

Here is another t-shirt design I just completed. One of the boy scouts that got one of the scout shirts I designed is in his high school marching band and apparently the scout shirt was a big a hit and they asked me to to do a shirt for the marching band.

two weeks and counting

we are really starting to get excited as the little salamander is due in just over 2 weeks. Really it could be any day now. I had root canal on tuesday that wasn't a whole lot of fun but it wasn't too bad as far as root canals go. Still, making pretty good progress on the weight loss front but I think I might start trying g to sneak in some 2 a day workouts too really try and jump start things.
